I am submitting 36 tubes that have the 12 index primers repeated per 3 groups (CVFTL12A-L, CVFTL34A-L, CVFTL56A-L). Each of these groups composes a lane of sequencing.

I am actually not quite sure which Truseq Index I am using i5 or i7. I think its i7. Is this something you can distinguish based on the 6 bases? I used this protocol Peterson, B.P., J.N. Weber, E.H. Kay, H.S. Fisher and H.E. Hoekstra. Double digest RADseq: an inexpensive method for de novo SNP discovery and genotyping in model and non-model species.

I have also uploaded our Purchase Requisition for billing purposes.
