I'm not sure of the volume, the concentration, or the size range. This is one of the two libraries you guys size-selected for me on or before Aug 15 (email came to me on Aug 15). The no reply email via iLab said an FA file was attached, but I could find no file. Here is the substance of the email (so we want to move forward with the 12 cycle library):
"Hi Susie,
The post pippen libraries look pretty good with >70% of the sample in the target range. I've attatched the FA. The concentration of the 10 cycle was tood low, but the 12 cycle sample has plenty of DNA for sequencing. You can pick up your samples whenever you want.
JB"
We held off until now because we originally planned to multiplex this with some other types of samples from our lab and Karen G.'s lab, but we want to just use the whole lane for this sample now. This library is already somewhere in the core freezers (from Blue Pippin service ID GC3F-SB-307).
