I have submitted a request for stranded mRNA-seq prep for 6 of my samples (service ID: GC3F-TH-625). I would like these 6 samples sequenced. Ideally, I want 100 bp long reads, single-read sequencing with a depth of at least 30 million. Because the GC3F is preparing the samples for sequencing, I do not know what the concentration or volume of the libraries will be. The samples of total RNA I shipped were all 48 uL, and had RNA concentrations ranging from 2.1 - 3.9 ng/uL (see attached spreadsheet).
