I attached library sample information (8 samples), I will send samples with dry-ice. Firstly, could you please perform "QC/multiplexing of completed libraries + size selection/concentration prior to sequencing to extract 200-1000 bp range of each library. After excision of 200-1000 bp range and calculating molar concentration of respective libraries, please pool all library samples to 1 tube at equal molar concentration (ex; 10 nM each), to get the equivalent numbers of sequence reads from each library sample. I will submit this Sample prep. request form also.
