**NOTE TO JASON** These barcodes are from the new Single Index Kit T Set A (PN-1000213) for use with the new Next GEM v3.1 chemistry. I don't know if the barcode sequences are identical to the v3 ones, but I think they do use the same naming convention as the v3 ones, so I hope that doesn't muddle things. Let me know if you need the new barcode CSV. --Maggie 11/6/20

Hi Maggie,

I really wasn't sure about a lot of this information since I didn't prep the samples. For example, I didn't know if the 4 samples I submitted were barcoded in a way that they could be sequenced on a single lane, or if they need individual lanes. That obviously has a huge impact on the price. If reading depth goes down by pooling to a single lane, we might consider splitting the samples over 2 lanes. I also don't know what the index sequences are- I assume they come from the NextGem kit? If something doesn't look right and I need to modify, please let me know!

Thanks!
Sarah
