I'm attached a FA trace file that includes this library ("Ppol") and another ("Hmai") that I will be submitted concurrently. The library details are based on Qubit HS DNA kit and Fragment Analyzer HS Large Fragment 50kb kit. Both libraries will be shipped from the lab of Scott Geib, USDA-ARS (Hilo Hawaii) on Monday 12 April 2021, so the expected submission time above is an estimate.
