The following applies to PB0476-PB0480:
I sheared all of these and they showed a modal peak around 25 kb. Since our tape station regularly shows sizes ~8kbish greater than what the fragment analyzer shows, I proceeded with library prep. After nuclease treatment, the tape station sizes were around 50 kb (??why??). PacBio thought it was the tape station being unreliable and recommended proceeding w/ size selection and sending to you. If these really are closer to 50 kb, I'll probably need to re-make the libraries since they will be too large for HiFi. Additionally, there's not too much material here for any of these (particularly PB0477). It was pretty iffy to calculate if there's enough for a cell since I'm so unsure about the size. If any are too short, let me know.
