I am new to PacBio HiFi sequencing so please edit any settings I may have mis-assigned. Our goal is to generate high quality long reads to support a genome assembly for this species so any run settings that support that goal are what I would like to use for this request.
I also included a request for CCS analysis assuming it does not incur an additional cost. Please advise if I am wrong making that assumption. We are working with grant funding specific to this project so we cannot overshoot our budget.
