This project is a collaboration with Selker lab and thus the pooled sample I will submit contains two kinds of libraries with different adaptors, some with NEBNext adaptors (6-nt single-indexed) and the others with GC3F TruSeq-style adapters (8-nt dual-indexed). We would like to split the cost for this sequencing so that $1,050 will come from the Noma lab grant (see the payment information in this request) and $524 from Selker lab (please note that Selker lab will make a separate request for this collaborative project and you would see a grant information for this payment).
