This is a PCR product of 167bp in size. There are barcodes/indexes in the samples but they are custom and don't require de-multiplexing (we will run this on our end). When looking at the fragment analysis there will possible be an additional peak smaller than the 167bp. Unless this is massive we can ignore it, it is a mispriming product that I tried to remove by gel electrophoresis. But there will for sure be some of it there in low proportion. We used the Qbit to spec the sample concentrations.
