I am sending DNA from 3 individual shrimp for standard PacBio HiFi sequencing for de novo assembly. The genome size is approximately 4-5 Gb, and I am requesting 4 SMRT cells to get ~30x coverage of the genome. Feel free to pool all of the DNA and excessive heterozygosity from the sampling design can be purged bioinformatically.
