This library may be run on a second cell depending on how results from the first look.

I see there are two primer/binding parameter options for HiFi libraries. I'm not sure what the differences are between these options, so if the v2 primer/v2 polymerase settings would be more appropriate, please use those instead. I can provide any needed additional information about the library prep if it helps to decide what run parameters will be best.
