You have 4 tubes with gDNA of 3 beetles:
beetle 1: 01-E1 (120 uL) and 01-E2 (50 uL);
beetle 2: 02-E1 (120 uL);
beetle 3: 03-E1 (50 uL).
I made this request only for beetle 1 (samples 01-E1 and 01-E2). But if these samples of beetle 1 don't pass QC, you can try with beetle 2 and beetle 3. Let me know if I need to make separate requests for beetles 2 and 3.
You also have 1 specimen in RNAlater (04-E1) as a back up for DNA extraction in case none of the gDNA is good for PacBio sequencing.
