Please send me fragment analyzer QC files before sequencing. I want to review quality before they are sequenced. The concentration is also on the lower edge of what is acceptable after concentrating with omega beads. Please let me know if it can't be sequenced or if there is a way to concentrate it further. With what we have available in my lab for concentration methods, I'm concerned about loosing too much of the sample by going through another round of concentrating.
