Please refer to previous run GC3F-GD-4874 for full details for this run - I could not remember some of the information (concentration, etc) but this is just re-running those samples. I selected 'no' for custom primers because I recall that we discussed a workaround for this in order to include both the ITS and 16S samples on the run, and I believe you still have some of our custom primers, but please let me know if I missed anything here and I can provide the additional information.
