I am a graduate student in Alex Nechiporuk's lab at OHSU and am trying to generate long read single cell sequencing data. I currently have three full length cDNA libraries with 10x chromium barcodes and will be doing hybridization capture to enrich for transcripts of interest. I want to then transfer those samples to you for Pacbio IsoSeq library preparation and sequencing. We met with Maggie about this last year but it looks like she has moved on.
