I am submitting separate requests for the two species you made libraries for, Tina - I think you told me that was the more usual thing to do. =) There is a small chance we will only need one SMRT cell for each species if they have exceptionally small genomes. I'm hoping we can do what we have done in the past, get a look at the depth after the first SMRT cell and decide whether we need the second one for each species. So hopefully next week, we could load one Ucar and one Hspi Let me know if this is a problem!
