We might want to do our normal routine of running one SMRT cell and seeing where we're at, coverage-wise. Because we don't really know how big (or small) this genome is. Will that work with your loading schedule?

Also, Bill will be out of communication for the next few days. Hopefully he doesn't need to ok this before the Thurs (?) run this week.
