Examples of our recent work.

Time-lapse spinning disk confocal microscopy of spontaneous neuronal activity (GCaMP fluorescence) in the olfactory bulb of a 6-day-old zebrafish larva. Imaging performed by Laura Desban (Eisen and Guillemin Labs).

Super-resolution imaging of photoreceptor neurons in an adult fruitfly - axon terminals (magenta) and active zones (cyan). Imaging performed by Tory Herman and Olivia Hougham using the Zeiss AiryScan.

Super-resolution 3D rendering of a primate microglial cell (green) and serotonin-positive structures (magenta). The image volume was acquired on the Nikon CSU-W1 SoRa spinning disk microscope and rendered in Imaris. Imaging was performed by Geoff Dunn (Sullivan Lab).

Time-lapse imaging of fluorescent heart of a 2-day-old zebrafish captured on our DeltaVision Ultra widefield. Imaging done by Joseph Bruchner (In Vivo Biosystems).
